YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO THRIVE.

I don’t know about you, but I spend way too much time worrying I’m going to lose it all. I worry that my stupidity or insecurity or inadequacies are going to lend to my utter failure.

I don’t know about you, but I spend way too much time worrying I’m going to lose it all. I worry that my stupidity or insecurity or inadequacies are going to lend to my utter failure.

What does this failure look like? Sometimes, I don’t even know, but I do know I feel terrified of it.

So much of my life is spent worrying that this life, the life I have right now, will go away.

Anybody?

You see, my life is great. I have a dream life that I should really just shut up and be grateful for, but my brain continues to trick me. (I’m seeing a therapist, so no worries there.)

My brain tricks me into thinking that I don’t deserve it, or that I need to be “taught” some lessons before I can really walk into all that’s been given to me.

But I don’t need to be taught. I have it already and all that’s left to do is walk into it.

I wonder how often we are given things that we simply don’t walk into.

How many times have you ignore a gut feeling or turn down a sliver of an offer because you didn’t think you were qualified or felt inadequate for the task?

Really, by limiting where we let ourselves go in life, we’re denying ourselves the joy that comes from courageous steps and we’re probably blocking some amazing things from happening in our lives.

So, enough.

Enough of saying no just because you don’t believe you can walk forward.
Enough limiting yourself to what you think you deserve.

This is me giving you permission to thrive.

You are 100% capable of adapting in any situation that you desire in life.

You are 100% allowed to try things, even if you realize you don’t want them.

You are given 100% permission to grab an idea and tinker with it until it forms into something you love walking out.

You are allowed to thrive in this life & enjoy it.

Yes, hard things will come, but they won’t be an attack on your life, they’ll just be a new thing to walk through or around. You can still move forward, you can still keep saying yes to a life you love.

You have my permission at least. But now the real question: Do you have your own?
