Fear is probably the main emotion they experience when they think about changing up their lifestyle – Lilah

People are afraid of going backwards at all - backwards in your level of comfort or lifestyle you currently have - Zac

Every single idea and company and great big brand you see, started as one person that had one idea and continued to feed it and then built a team and then built a business. It all started with this one idea. – Lilah

The fact that it’s not gaining traction right away doesn’t mean that it’s a failure. It just means you’re on the road – Zac

It doesn’t just fall in your lap and you have a business and clients and a great brand that you’ve established. It very small faithful steps that you’re taking to get it there – Lilah

I decided to do one thing every day to move my business forward, to network with someone, to do something that I knew was going to put me in the right direction and that got compounded when I hired a business coach. – Lilah

First step (when starting a business) is to pick your end goal – Zac

Step two (when starting a business) is to find a WHY because that’s where you’re going to draw from, that’s going to be the well that you’re tapping to get that motivation – Zac

Step three (when starting a business) is to find out how will you get there, what steps will you take – Zac

It doesn’t have to be a transformation that happens overnight, it can be this steady path towards growth – Lilah

It takes years to see results – Lilah

People aren’t willing to take the small steps because they can’t just have it all at the same time or they feel like they’re not able to possess it ever – Lilah

Even when there’s something better to be had, there’s still a slight chance they could go backward so they don’t push forward – Lilah
